  • I take pride in creatively wording the “Remarks” which describe your property in the Multiple Listing Service. I want the best features and amenities of your property to be described in a way that will create an enticing mental picture to every prospective buyer!

  • My office, Coldwell Banker Kaiser, sells 98% of their listings. “Heavy Hitter” offices can not provide the service of an office such as mine because their inventory is so large; likewise with “Heavy Hitter” agents who simply can not provide the personal service that I offer you. You will work directly with me personally every step of the way and not with a “client care assistant.”
  • I will arrange for an assessment of the value of your property and its salability by my fellow sales associates and submit to you their evaluations and recommendations.
  • I will arrange for open houses to be conducted when appropriate and as agreed to in advance with you. I will provide you with progress reports to communicate current market conditions and buyer activity (feedback) as it applies to your house.
  • I will review with you all purchase offers as they are presented and assist you in all negotiations. Upon agreement and acceptance of an offer, I will monitor the progress of the purchase agreement, title search, survey and buyer’s mortgage process and keep you informed during the entire transaction from the inspection through settlement/closing which I will attend with you.
