- Explain the various forms of financing that are available
- Show you for what loan amount you can qualify
- Help you get the lowest interest rate on your mortgage
- Give you an accurate estimate of the total cash required to
purchase your home
- Make available to you information on all of the homes on the
ACTIVE market which match your criteria
- Show you homes in any and all neighborhoods of your choice
- Show you any home available for sale regardless of which real
estate company has it listed or advertised
- Take you to “planned communities”; new construction
and resale; and if you decide to build a home I will arrange meetings
between you and your builder of choice
- Provide you with up-to-date materials on schools, churches,
city government, area activities and facilities and neighborhood
association covenants if applicable
- Give you the facts on past appreciation rates for neighborhoods
and the history of a home if available
- Write and explain purchase documents before you sign anything
then negotiate the terms of the contract for you
- Help you obtain an inspection of the property
- Conduct a final walk through the home with you prior to settlement
- Attend settlement/closing with you and help explain all closing
documents
- Make available to you any resources that will enable you to
purchase your new home with ease, minimizing stress!
- Provide you with details about our relocation services, which
are available to you at no cost, regardless of where you are moving-locally
or across country!
