STEPHANIEHow fortunate we are to be living in one of the most exciting times in HISTORY! We are exceeding at goals we never dreamed possible!! In fact, I can get the information you want on any property for sale anywhere in the United States! Likewise, I am a seasoned PROFESSIONAL in the sale of residential, commercial, industrial, investment and farm land. I was “born and raised” in Indianapolis, graduating from North Central High School… therefore I am well informed about Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. I received my B.A. from DePauw University in English and Psychology and an M.A. from the University of Alabama in Guidance and Counseling. For 20 years I worked in the field of Personnel and Human Resources for three manufacturing companies, one bank and an actuarial firm. I negotiated with labor unions, “won” unfair labor practice suits, was responsible for OSHA, EEO, workman’s compensation claims, hiring, reviewing, terminating and counseling both blue collar and professionals. During these years, my “favorite hobby” was “Real Estate”. I renovated a bungalow in Broad Ripple, built 2 homes in Hamilton County, remodeled a house in Beech Grove, designed and built a home in Noblesville, landscaped a $450,000 home in Carmel and remodeled a house in Carmel and a farm home in Stilesville. Early in 1995, I decided to turn this much-loved hobby in to my profession! I sincerely love working with people and problem solving which lead me to become a REALTOR®. I am a member of MIBOR, the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board Of Realtors and NAR, the National Association of Realtors. In 2004, I successfully passed requirements and exams for my Associate Broker’s license. I am associated with Coldwell Banker Kaiser. In 1998, and numerous years since, Coldwell Banker Kaiser has been awarded National recognition as a COLDWELL BANKER PREMIER OFFICE, having exceeded goals for this prestigious designation. I get things done…PROFESSIONALLY, ETHICALLY and with QUALITY. I am looking forward to serving you! In principle and in practice, I value and seek diverse and inclusive
